Day 01 -- » Arrival at Delhi

The Golden Triangle Tour is one of the most celebrated travel circuits of India which covers three of the most culturally and historically thriving cities of the nation.  In the pursuit of exploring real India the guests will first reach the national capital city, Delhi.  On arrival at Delhi airport guests will find our GeTS Holidays representative awaiting them with garlands and will offer all the help required for their swift ride to the hotel booked for their night stay.
As previously planned under this Golden Triangle Tour package after a little while guests will straight head for sightseeing tour of the city of political, historical and national significance.  The city of Delhi displays a fine amalgamation of old traditions and modern lifestyle in two of its facades New and Old Delhi.  A tour of Old Delhi will encompass all the highlights including largest mosque of India- Jama Masjid followed by a shopping spree at ancient Chandni Chowk market.  The later part of your day will include the sightseeing of the Victorian style edifices of New Delhi and other monuments such as Humayun Tomb, Qutub Minar, India Gate etc of historic significance.  Enjoy the evening with a sound and light show at Red Fort.

Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 02 -- » Delhi - Agra

The day two of this Golden Triangle tour itinerary begins with a delectable breakfast at the hotel which will be followed by another journey to the erstwhile city of Mughals, Agra.  The journey to Agra will transcend you to the bygone era of royalty as you stop on the way to visit Emperor Akbar’s tomb at Sikandra.  Following the Tartary tradition, Akbar initiated its construction on his own to suit his liking.

Agra has many more architectural wonders in store for the travellers and on arrival in the city guests will witness them all.  Take some time to refresh at the hotel booked for your night stay at Agra and then proceed for your Agra tour.  Our GeTS Holidays representative will pick you from the hotel and will first take you to Agra Fort which has been home to many of the famous Mughal emperors and is a sight of amazement for its elaborate design and gigantic structure thus designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as well.  Next on the city tour guests will explore Itmad- ul- Daulah’s Tomb renowned worldwide for its enchanting marble inlay work and its great resemblance with the Taj Mahal.

In the evening take some time out to visit the local markets and marble factories to shop for a baby Taj or other knick knacks from the city.  Return to the hotel for dinner and night stay.

An early morning view of Taj will be perfect start to your day which will then bring another exciting journey to a fabulous city- Jaipur.  Make an en route visit to Fatehpur Sikri a renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site it is a synthesis of various architectural ingredients.  Later in the day as you arrive at Jaipur you will be welcomed into a hotel booked for your night stay in this renowned ‘Pink City’.  Rest of the day at Jaipur will be devoted to a city tour including various palace sites.  The highlights of the tour will include various impressive examples of Rajputana architecture such as Hawa Mahal, exquisite City Palace, temples and gardens.    

Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 04 -- » Jaipur - Delhi - Departure

An early morning visit to Amber Fort will begin your last day of this Golden Triangle Tour in India.  Perched on a hillock outside the city, Amber Fort fascinates the visitors with beautiful views of Jaipur city and is renowned for its enchanting architecture.

Drive next to the capital city, Delhi where our GeTS Holidays representative will escort you to the airport.  Concluding this North India tour guests will board the flight back home with beautiful souvenirs from the scintillating cities of India.
